When you apply for a StarBridge program, we may collect account information, personal profile details, education background, language and training availability information, resumes, optional photos or supporting materials, privacy consent status, and the organization-specific link through which you entered the application flow.

学生报名星桥项目时，我们可能收集账号信息、个人资料、教育背景、语言与参训信息、简历、选填照片或补充材料、隐私授权状态，以及进入报名流程时使用的组织专属链接来源。

We use application information to operate program registration, verify application completeness, communicate necessary program updates, support internal review, and maintain privacy-safe participation statistics for authorized partner institutions.

我们使用报名信息用于项目报名运营、确认资料完整性、发送必要项目通知、支持内部审核，并向已授权合作机构提供经过隐私裁剪的报名统计。

Universities, embassies, or other authorized organization contacts may only view statistics and basic privacy-trimmed lists for programs and links they are authorized to access. They cannot view student email, phone, WeChat ID, resumes, supporting attachments, privacy consent details, or internal notes.

高校、使领馆或其他已授权组织联系人只能查看其被授权活动和链接下的统计与脱敏基础名单；不能查看学生邮箱、手机号、微信号、简历、补充附件、隐私授权详情或内部备注。

Authorized StarBridge operations members may access full application records and uploaded files when necessary for registration management, review support, application correction, export, and program follow-up.

经授权的星桥内部运营人员可在报名管理、审核支持、资料修正、导出和项目后续联系所必需的范围内访问完整报名记录和上传文件。

Uploaded resumes, photos, and supporting files are stored in private storage and are not intended for public access. We use role-based access boundaries, server-side checks, and database policies to reduce unauthorized access risk.

上传的简历、照片和补充文件存储在私有存储中，不面向公众开放。我们通过角色访问边界、服务端校验和数据库策略降低未授权访问风险。

This policy is an operational draft for the current StarBridge registration and website system. It may be updated after confirmation of the formal operating entity, contact channel, and legal review.
